Valve inserting is the process of installing a flow control valve into a pressurized line without interruption of existing service.

  • 4" - 8" QuikValveTM have the same number of turns as any other comparible valves.
  • 10" - 12" InsertaValveTM require approximately 215 turns to close.
  • Installed in the open position.
  • For working pressures up to 150 PSI.
  • Can be installed on cast iron, ductile iron, A/C, and PVC pipe.
  • Average installation process takes 4 hours.
